Machine Damage — Holes or Tears

It refers to physical fabric damage caused by embroidery machines during production. ✅ Free replacement for you

We never ship damaged goods. If machine damage occurs during production, we will remake an identical garment for you at no extra cost, and your order will still follow the standard production timeline.

Custom embroidered clothing and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange, thank you for your understanding! Ready-made non-custom items that are unworn, unwashed and kept in original packaging can be returned or exchanged. For more details, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

Every product is carefully handmade. Below are our policies if you encounter any issues with your order:

Ready-Made Items

Pre-made printed or embroidered styles available in our store, not custom-produced. ✅ Eligible for return and exchange Items that are unworn, unwashed, intact with original tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after delivery. The return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.

Wrong Size or Color Shipment

We made a mistake where the delivered size or color does not match your order. ✅ Full refund or free replacement available, we cover all round-trip shipping fees Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your package, and provide clear photos of the item along with your order number. We will arrange return shipping and resend the correct items to you promptly.

Custom Orders (With Your Uploaded Artwork)

Garments with exclusive embroidery or prints customized based on your uploaded original drawings. All custom sales are final and non-refundable. These products are made strictly according to your personalized requirements. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless verified manufacturing defects are found on our side.

Minor Embroidery Marks Statement

Faint oil spots or light marks from the digitizing machine parts may remain during production. These are not product defects and can be fully washed away. They are normal byproducts of industrial embroidery, and can be completely removed with regular stain remover during standard machine washing.

Pre-Shipment Treatment: If any marks are visible, we will pre-treat the fabric with professional stain removal spray. Complete stain elimination requires washing. Care instructions are included with every order.
